We also will machine parts from your design. Solid modeling files preferred. Sometimes we can extrude DXF files. For other formats please reach out.

CNC Machined Aluminum 6061 Plate
Parts shown here have not been machined all the way though the stock but are cut just below the thickness of the part. The remnant at the bottom is called a “Hat”. Once the stock is flipped the hat is milled off with a shear hog. Another technique over using tabs.
CNC Machined Rotating Brackets with Inset Bearings
These aluminum plates where milled to accommodate the pressing of bearings which allow these to rotate 90 degrees. Additionally the square pocket cuts re for 40x40mm extruded aluminum T-slot to slid into. Then bolted into from the bottom.
Fighter Jet Joystick Mounting Plate
These were milled in pairs. This provided left and right joystick controls for a virtual reality setup. These control are inside an old phone booth with a curved glass door which is part of an immersive entertainment experience for a club in NYC.
Long 1 Inch Thick Aluminum Plate Milled in Sections
This is a support for a closed loop feedback stepper motor and gear box which winds a rope. Much like a wench but with precise digital control coming from an Arduino. This lowers a divers helmet over a participants head as part of an immersive entertainment experience.
